YOGA without such a bend and haul!
A lot of the time when there is an advertisement, brochure or poster advertising YOGA there is a teacher performing a very twisted and hard position....
Okay well I am here to tell you not all YOGA is like this!!
Please for those of you who are thinking it is too hard, or too hard for everyday, think again. YOGA can be very easy and enjoyable whilst still benefiting the mind, body and spirit.
Hope you have a little go at the poses I have demonstrated in the pictures. No matter what level you may be, you will find them easy whilst encouraging the energy and circulation to move around in the body.
BIG DEEP BREATHS always will make a more enjoyable and beneficial practice.
